RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please note that due to clearance and personal hygiene concerns, certain items are non-refundable and non – returnable under HOOGA return policy eligibility.

- All candles
- All sleepwear (s)
- All sales/ price markdown products
Please ensure your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:
- Within 7 days after delivery of item to you
- New conditions and unused, with original tag intact
- Original packaging and from official store
We will inspect the condition of the returned items before proceeding to reimburse the relevant items within 14 working days, after received your returned item/ package or enquiry.
HOOGA reserves all rights to reject any returns that do not meet all of the above-mentioned conditions. HOOGA will not hold responsible for items that damaged or lost in transit in the return journey to us.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you want to cancel your placed order for any reason, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can quote us your order number and we will do everything we can to accommodate to your request. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is in the shipping process/ transit to reach you.
HOOGA reserves all rights to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper affiliated authorities/ department in charged for further investigations.
